Sewers, what would be a fabulous gift for you?

Dh's lovely and very talented colleague is making us some curtains. Now, obviously we have given her the fabric etc but she won't accept any payment!!

So what would be a great gift? We can do flowers and/or something pretty... but she hasn't got anything to do buttonholes - is there a stand-alone gadget? All ideas welcome. TIA

Read this as toilety sewers, rather than seamstresssy sewers
Sorry, can't help with the button holey type thing.

yup, really good scissors. gift vouchers. depending on how much you want to spend, liberty fabrics are absolutely gorgeous. could give her a gift voucher for there. or john lewis.

A subscription to Sew Hip magazine.
Some yummy fabrics.
A nice selection of different colour embroidery thread.
Some books like Desperatelyseeking mentioned.

JL gift voucher would make me very happy as would a subscription to a sewing magazine.
