Any good recipies for goo?

Anyone got a good recipy for goo for kids? I've got a 3 and 5 year old, love to mess about with anything gloopy....

here's a good easy one

cornflour and water, bit food colouring thrown in. Big bowl each.

If they put their hands/fingers in it gently, it'll feel like liquid.

if they smack it really hard/quickly, it'll feel solid
