Where can I buy PUL fabric

PigeonPie · 25/09/2008 14:19

I want to make a bag to go on our porta potty out of PUL fabric so that I don't have to buy any more of the disposable potty bags but can't find a supplier of fabric.

Does anyone know of a UK supplier of PUL fabric (the same sort of weight as nappy wraps) where I can get a couple of metres?

Thanks

i think minki used to do some.
and maybe ebay or other wahm real nappy sites.

i know its not ideal btw but i dont buy the bags ,i reuse carrier bags and use a sanitry towel.works just as well.

PigeonPie · 25/09/2008 14:23

Ta cheese, I was wondering if anyone had actually bought any and had found a good supplier.

That was my other alternative for the potty. Also wanted some to make a bag for the folding loo seat so that I could have a 'wet side' pocket for soggy clothes and a 'dry side' pocket for clean clothes!

Thanks for the weenotions link. Just to say, they haven't got it at the moment, but it should be back at the beginning of next month.

try www.babeco.co.uk/BuyFabrics.html right at the bottom of the page there is pul.

Its very reasonably priced at Pennine outdoor, they supply waterproof breathable material for people who want to make their own outdoor gear.
Sorry am feeling lazy, if you google it their website will come up.
THey do something called 'napwrap' meant for nappy covers which I recall was almost CHEAP!

Flibbertyjibbet · 25/09/2008 20:42

here
its the 2nd item on the page, £8-something a metre.

moocowme · 26/09/2008 20:40
