To make it though, you could look for a cheap lampshade (from ikea, matalan etc for a few quid) that's a similar shape, take off the fabric and sew your own fabric cover in those colours. I bet you could get suitable fabrics and tasselly bits from John Lewis - look in the upholstery sections as well as dress fabrics. Wouldn't be expensive.
