Knitting for DD,s Doll

I am buying DD a doll and want to make some clothes for it, well knit some.

I havent knitted for years and was hoping someone could tell me which patterns to buy as i havent got a clue!!!!

That's actually toddler size and you can buy any toddler size age 2 - 3 patterns for it.
