i have an old work-horse easylife buggy which i use at the beach etc (cost me £10, its a proper offroader). anyway, its looking very tired now, and i am thinking of dying the fabrics back to deep navy blue. the material is like a canvas but has a waterproof backing. what sort of dye would i need?

Teviving a super-vintage post, but I really want to know the answer!
In my case for an old faded ABC Adventure buggy.
Anyone dyed a buggy successfully and what did you use?
Thanks.

Teviving?!!
REVIVING!

Which option?:
Paint-on, non-iron acrylic dye
Shoe dye
Old fashioned cold water Dylon in a bucket

Any others?
