I've been given an Alfa Challenger sewing machine, in pretty much perfect condition.
It had no bobbins and no bobbin case.
I ordered the Singer bobbin case as recommended. It sort of fits, but doesn't "click" into place properly. The needle then hits the metal of the bobbin case at its lowest point.
Am I doing something obviously wrong?
