Plastic head bands

Where can I get some of those plastic head bands (alice band type) very cheap?

I saw a project on a tv program which used one to make some alien eye wheelie bopper things. I want to do it with the children in my art group but all the ones I've found at too expensive.

I need about 15 and they need to be less than 75p each and fit children up to the age of 11. Preferably black or green in colour. Any thoughts?

I'm sure I got some from out local £ shop

Will have a look. Am in there quite a lot but haven't noticed any. There's another one near my work though that I think has hairbrushes and things, so might try that one. Thanks

tried the pound shop, no luck. Went to primark but they've closed! Shows how long since i went shopping for clothes.

Found a suitable set in claire's accessories, in bright colours which will probably do at £4 for 6, but they only had 1 pack left. They said they should get more in so I'll have to go and check again next week.

Any other suggetsions in the mean time should they not get any more greatly appreciated. Would prefer green or black as they have to be ok for boys and girls and alien like
