I'd like to make a crochet cushion cover - can anyone recommend the best yarn to use please? Acrylic or cotton? Thanks

Cotton is good if you don't want much give and for it to keep its shape more.

Have you ever crocheted with cotton? Do a swatch and see if you like the feel of the yarn as it can be quite stiff.

I quite like Scheepjes SoftFun for cushions, it's a cotton/acrylic blend, lots of colours, nice to work with, has good stitch definition and wears well.

A blend is a good idea. Less saggy than acrylic but nice texture.
