Craft kits for adults

Looking for any recommendations for adult craft kits or something similar. Dont mind sewing or knitting but really looking for something different. Have got my eye on a couple of metal kits and a couple of book nooks, just looking for something for an evening to unwind after work. TIA

If you like embroidery, the Corinne LaPierre kits are fun.

Not a craft as such but I have really enjoyed the botanical adult Lego sets . . . the Japanese garden is particularly good and much admired by visitors

I had a cloisonne kit as a gift which was different and also enjoyed dabbling in resin but it's a bit unsound environmentally I think to become an ongoing hobby.

I like to make stuffed animals out of felt and make the accompanying clothes. I started with luna lapin and also got Claire England's book
