Personalised labels for crochet projects

I am making lots of crochet bowls, and want to find somewhere I can order leather/cork type rectangular labels to cover the seam. Does anyone know UK company that does this?

Yes! I have some lovely leather ones with Made By MyOP on them. I got them from Etsy. I just looked and the shop I got mine from has closed but there are quite a few others on there.
