What to do with doilies?

I have a huge number (50?) of finely crocheted doilies, made by my grandmother probably in the 1040’s and 50’s. Different sizes, mostly round. There are also some strips of crocheted lace that I think were intended to be a shelf edging. Does anyone have any ideas of what to do with them? I’m not sentimentally attached to them but they are beautifully made and I’d like them to go to good use, even though they are never going to be used as doilies again.

I wonder if the best ones (or all of them) could be sewn onto a contrasting backing fabric as a tablecloth or hanging?

As above, if you’re even slightly crafty I’d imagine you could join them to make some kind of (probably round) blanket or similar. I guess you could also try selling as a job lot on eBay or vinted, if you use either. Or is there some kind of related group in your area that might be able to make use of them?
