Decent kids paint?

Does anyone know where I can get decent kids paint that is thick and pigmented. I remember using the ELC paint as a kid in the 90s and it was thick and dried opaque. Everything that I have tried with my kids has a thin watery consistency and dries translucent and patchy.

We've tried all the kids toy shops, the supermarkets, wilko, The works, the range, the list goes one. They are all rubbish compared to what I had as a kid. We've been to hobby craft this week to get paint for an art project and we are on coat no.4, and still haven't got a decent coverage. I'm reluctant to buy 'adult' paint as DS has a tendency to get it everywhere but the paper.

I'd be grateful if anyone had any suggestions

I bought a bug box of scola paint from Amazon.

After trying loads of different paints I've found Baker Ross Ready Mixed Poster Paints to be the best. And they come in large bottles which is great!

Thanks for the suggestions, I'm going to give them both a go!

I would guess Baker Ross would be good but we’ve had success with IKEA paint randomly
