Just placed an order for a free motion foot on singeroutlet.co.uk. A bit bemused as I've placed the order but they didn't give me a chance to actually put payment details in and nothing has been taken from bank account. I have an order number and a receipt email...
Headed over to Trustpilot and swathes of people saying that they're very unreliable, didn't receive order etc.
Has anyone else used them and had a good experience? Website looked very legit (but then...they always do). 🙄 Customer service apparently seems to be bad.
