Does anyone recognise this cardigan knitting pattern?

Does anyone know what pattern this cardigan is made from? My grandma who passed away last year knitted one like it for each of her great grand children were born and another is due so I’d like to take up the needles!

She was an excellent knitter (which I am not!) so she might have made it up but if anyone recognises it I’d love to know

I think it will be almost impossible to find, unless by chance someone had the exact same pattern. The chances are the pattern could be twenty plus years old.

You may be best to go to your local wool shop or knitting circle and see if they can knit it from the photo or the actual cardigan. It doesn’t look to complicated for an able knitter. They may be able to work out a pattern for you.
