Faking knit row

I’m hoping someone can help me fix a knit I’ve messed up. The border along the bottom should have two rows that look like knit, one above the lacy bit and one below it (green cardigan) but I’ve accidentally stockinged that section (purple). Is there a way I can somehow weave in a row to make it look like it’s been done correctly that anyone can suggest? Thanks

Can you unpick it from the bottom rib and knit rib etc back up?

I don’t think this is recoverable to look like knit. You could unpick or just leave it (I would leave it)

Thanks for the commiserations and advice! It doesn’t look too bad so I probably will just leave it - the rib took me an absolute age to do so I would be loathed to unpick it
