Your playdoh receipe please...

can you please give me your best playdoh receipe to make a nice soft version. I am fed up of buying ready made stuff which is difficult to sqwadge through the machines.

2 cups flour, 1 cup salt, then add some baby oil and water and mix to nice dough! if adding coulour add it to water then mix in!

How old do they have to be to play with it?

i have one year olds who play with dough but obviously need to be supervised!
