knitted/crafted Christmas wreaths?

Has anyone made knitted or other yarn crafted christmas wreaths this year? Thinking of doing this next year and looking for inspiration...

Never got round to it this year but hoping to make a rag wreath next year, something like this...

I crocheted one - back in the loft now so can't take a pic. Basically used a Christmas decoration free pattern from the internet which used a curtain ring, bought a big wooden ring from Hobbycraft and scaled up with thick red yarn/big crochet hook. It was fun - nice to try new things!

I made one of these (this isn't mine), mine is huge, it took me 7 hours per colour, I made a range of sizes of pom-poms and absolutely love it.

The plan was to add some embellishments each year. I failed the past two years 😳

In the past I’ve made knitted wreaths, either 2 different DK greens together, with 6 mini snowmen (Jean Greenhowe’s pattern) sewn on, or dark green and white together, with 2 little robins (Alan Dart) sitting together.

All either for Gdcs, or for their school Christmas raffle.

I found a very simple pattern for a basic wreath on the Lovecrafts site - it’s the Christmas one with a scary looking elf on it! And IIRC a yellow bow.

I've made a few mostly either as gifts or for craft sales.

The green, white and red one was based on the Attic24 pattern and hare one had a knitted wreath cover with crochet embellishments and a needle felted hare. My most recent one was the nativity one that I made for my daughter's classroom.

Those are Gorgeous, @TheWoollybacksWife - I particularly love the Nativity one. Did you use a pattern, or was it ‘concocted’, so to speak?

I’ve done rag wreaths, pinecone wreaths and a patchwork wreath over the years.

I have made elements of a crocheted wreath but I lost them during a move and didn’t have the heart to start again.

@GETTINGLIKEMYMOTHER thank you. It was an Etsy pattern (only about £3 if I recall correctly). I didn't do the star as per the pattern and I think I had to do slightly fewer buildings as DD2 needed it for the start of her advent RE topic.
