Hi everyone - I am a bit lost - trying to find a Xmas present for a teen who does not learn from books but loves to sew and design their own clothes.

Please help - I am looking for a book or poster that shows and names all different cuts of clothing.

So for example a picture of a raglan sleeve with the description next to it. But also for skirts, trousers, jackets, coats etc.

Can anyone recommend a book they have that happens to include this information? Or know of any resources that would give us this for them to refer to

Thank you!

I attach a picture of the kind of thing I have in mind

Do they understand pattern fitting, cutting and blocks? If not, start there. Depending on your budget, there are some great online courses too. Also, get them a load of calico, it's cheap and they can experiment with it. Also useful for making their blocks. Do they have a form? That might be a good present too.
