Has anyone made a buggy liner/footmuff

Was it difficult? any advice

I found the hardest part was stitching around the slashes for the straps to come through - but I was using my machine not hand stitching (but I've seen them with no stitching) and the liner was padded so the problem was more the wadding that anything else
