if iKnit club is at the shop this Wednesday do you fancy going along? am very keen to check out new shop and I can make it...the website doesn't say about this week but last week was at the pub so they should be in the shop this week...

Well it was lovely to see both you JG and Florenceuk, I'd been lugging boxes about in a dusty stockroom as a practical, so I was a bit google eyed with tiredness but, it was great to see your WIPs, love the stitch pattern JG and the turtle is lovely Florence.
Had a great time and did I dream it or did that lady offer to teach me to spin? I'm a bit tempted to have a go.

YES SHE DID!!! and she said she wouldn't charge you either ...I think she took quite a shine to you. Was quite envious of that offer actually...

turtle head completed with eyes - now on to the stuffing! Nice to catch up with you JG and put a new face to a familiar name. I have now gone and looked on your blogs to look at tea cosies and owls! Looking forward to another week!

Perhaps she had too much beer, I was a bit taken aback by her kind offer actually, I may go to one of the pub meetings and ask her about it.
