WIBU to use glow in the dark wool to finish off DHs jumper for Christmas and forget to mention this until he goes out in the dark? 🤣

Why did I not know about this before, oh the fun I am going to have with adult DCs. I always knew I would find a way to pay them back for the teenage years.

Sounda like a brilliant plan. Can you knit a secret word that only glows at night or is it that sickly green colour that's obviously glowy?

It is a green, yellow or blue colour and the one I bought from Amazon was quite thin. I knitted my nephew a glow in the dark scarf.

I know when they first released glow in the dark wool that people were just making ghosts but it seems to have really branched into some amazing creations now. I saw one on Facebook that was a space blanket and they had gone round each planet in glow in the dark yarn. Added that to the never ending list, not that I have someone who needs a space themed blanket!

I didn't think glow in the dark wool was even possible to be honest!

Is it "proper" glow in the dark or is it actually "glows in blacklight" like the UV hair colours you can get for raves that were being billed as glow in the dark a few years ago?

Just ordered some, now have to work out what wording to weave through <evil laugh>
