Craft fair help

Hi

I'm doing a Christmas fair next month and both my mum and niece are coming to sell some things to. My niece has expressed an interest in doing sweet and hot chocolate bags and I was just wondering if she needed a food hygiene certificate and food rating certificate.

Here is some advice from Trading Standards

She needs to look up and complete food hygiene courses, register with the council (perhaps with a kitchen inspection) and have public liability insurance as a minimum I think.
