if it's been done before, pls link me to thread, had a look and couldn't see one.
I'd like ideas for easy to make cards to get me going. Or if have pictures of simple cards in your profiles and wouldn't mind my pinching you're ideas, that would be very kind. I don't want to invest in lots of equipment just yet (tho I do have a craft knife) and I don't have time to spend ages on them. Will largely be doing birthday and thank you cards. Thanks.

Card Creations have a website (can't remember it offhand but you should be able to google them) and they lots of projects in lots of different styles.

What sort of cards appeal to you?

If you have minimal equipment, how about decoupage- all you need is your craft knife, perhaps a small pair of scissors too, some 3D foam pads.

After 5 year of making card I have recently started stamping, which can be expensive but there are sites where downloading images and printing them off on your PC printer...works out VERY reasonable and all you need are a few water colours.

Just a few ideas, have a look on my blog for links and hopefully a little inspiration!

Craft Creation is good for basics, or look for shops such as The Work or the Paper Mill Shop.

lilo - if you want a selection of card making stuff to have a go with, I'm trying to get rid of my vast stash so I can buy more beady stuff - I'm happy to make up a bundle of bits & bobs for you

Hi Whizz, kind offer but do have some stuff which I am wanting to use before buying any more. Especially if I don't get into it! Not really interested in decoupage, really just the simplest, quickest, most effective cards. Thanks all.
