Hi All

I’m thinking of starting a small business on Etsy that would include cards and coupons that you can gift to someone if you’ve got them a trip, or a spa day, concert etc.

I’d like to include foiling so understand I’ll need a laser printer so the foil sticks to the ink.

But, from my research, most similar products on Etsy are between 300-350gsm, but I cannot find any laser printers that take this weight/thickness paper.

So I’m at a total loss! The coupons/cards will need to be personalised, so I can’t just order a bulk lot from a printing company, surely these other Etsy sellers are printing personalised cards at home? But howwww.

Any help would be much appreciated, can I use 200gsm card for such products or do I need to rule out this idea without the budget for a commercial office printer?

Thanks!

Some of the Cricut machines can do foiling.
