Any ideas for an arts and crafts gift?

My son loves making things out of paper so my cousin wanted to get him something to do with that so any thouhts needed by around 12pm Today!my son is 9 years old and likes dinosaurs.

There are also some 3d paper craft kits, I think Hobbycraft do them, and I'm sure there's a dinosaur one in there - not sure of the age though
