Crochet pattern help please?

I have made a crochet blanket and would like to add a crochet on edging to it. I have done a row of DC (UK) around the edges. I plan to do a mosaic border and need to count and adjust my edge stitches before starting the border. It is described as a multiple of 2 +1 + 4 corner stitches. What does this mean? TYIA

A multiple of 2+1 is a number such as 64 (multiple of 2) + 1, ie 65. Then one extra stitch for each corner (4 corner stitches) so 69 in total

Hello! To everyone excited to join people here I retired 5 yrs ago.
