Fellow knitters ... a plea for help. I am knitting a sweater and really struggling to follow the pattern for this ruffled neck in the 4th size. I have cast on 154 stitches and got to row 9 the decrease row. It is meant to decrease to 11 0 stitches but I always end up with 124. Can anyone help? thank you so much!

If I've interpreted it correctly you are decreasing 4 stitches over a group of 14 stitches.

You have 11 groups of 14 so should "lose" 44 stitches.

Each group of 14 is k1,p1, (k2tog, p1) - work the bit in brackets 4 times. Then repeat k1, p1 (k2tog, p1) etc until the end of the row.
