Help needed, I've just bought a Cricut joy and I can connect it to my phone but it will not connect to my laptop, it's showing on the lost of devices on the laptop but "not connected"! Does anyone have any ideas?
Also I tried using it for the first time yesterday following the set up and test cut procedure and when I laid the smart vinyl towards the rollers it took it at an angle, I tried it twice and it did it both times.
I can't find anyway to calibrate it without it just sending me straight to a test cut.
