I bought a scarf/ headband on a craft stall. It's basically a long piece of lined fabric with a wire inside. You wrap around your head and twist to fasten. It's great and would be very easy to make but I am unsure where to buy suitable wire. It needs to be able to be bent and unbent repeatedly.
