I have just finished this necklace and I know it's not perfect by any means and it's only silver plated BUT I am so chuffed with it (the pearls are quite an acid lime in RL). I've not done much chain maille before so am even more chuffed, although my hands now ache like mad!
I can't wait to do a version in sterling silver.

The piece of wood was picked up from the side of a loch in Scotland last year - it lends itself very well to be photographed!
I do sell stuff but only really to cover the cost & fund my bead obsession not to make a profit.

Oh Whizz that is indeed WOW!! Mind you I do think that about your sea form bracelet too. Should I get this job, I may treat myself to something similiar, of course it will be crafted by your fair hand.

I don't think that of anything I make - but I do it lots when I look at other people's stuff!!

I think my favourite piece of jewellery I have made so far is the prehinite and amethyst bracelet and matching necklace speciall is it got featured on beadage. and the tea stained drawing of Louise brooks that is now in my blog title.... I wasn't sure about it at first but now when i look at it i'm a bit wowed that I made it

Deffo some WOW stuff there....but I am always in awe of anything beady as I have only ever managed phone charms!!LOL I was looking at my beads today, just looking then I put the lid on and put them away again!!

I don't really think WOW about any of my stuff, I look back and see an improvement- I think- or is it just a change of style? I see myself as playing at crafting IYSWIM.

I dried some roses from Valentines day.
Last week i arranged and tied them to the mirror at the top of the stairs.

Then stepped back to say 'wow'.

Cluched at air for a second then was saved by the radiator.

I'm quite WOWed at the necklace I jsut made.. that feels really wierd saying that I'm not normally very umm upbeat about what i have made till somone tells me its ok.... very low on the self worth... still i'm pleased with it though its crap out and cant get a decent picture..

I really think you have to have high levels of patience to do chain maille.

There was one doll that I did for a girl at my dd's preschool for he r birthday.
They didnt ask for it but I thought I'd make it as a present and I was really pleased with it.
The best one I've done so far.
I never found out if she liked it though.
