Anyone have a good recipe? I've tried one from the internet and it's to greasy and soft.

Would love to make my own!

Maybe post on health & beauty, someone over there may have a recipe.

I made my own a few years ago and I love it. It's very firm so in summer it's fine to swish a finger round but it does get too hard in winter unless it's been near a radiator! I just looked up what I put in and it's this: Ingredients: Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, Bees Wax, Prunus Amygdalus Dulci (Sweet Almond) Oil, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil. But unhelpflly I hadn't written down quantities. But I believe I based it off this recipe www.overthrowmartha.com/2014/04/easy-diy-lavender-coconut-lip-balm.html?m=1
Hope that helps! X

Its very easy to do. Just increase the amount of beeswax if you want a firmer texture. I'll try and find recipe tomorrow.

Beeswax (melt first)
Coconut butter ( solid at room temperature)
Sweet almond oil
Shea butter

Olbas oil
Or any scent of your choice

Just add a tablespoon of each ingredient to a pan starting with beeswax.

Do not use the microwave. If it does not ignite it could expl...ode all over the place

This recipe seems stable in all weather
