Crochet kit for beginners

I've been asked to buy a crochet beginners kit with granny squares for an 11 year old girl for Christmas.

Ideally it needs to be posted and be no more than £15-£17 please. Any recommendations? I've no idea where to start.

a size 4 crochet hook and some Stylecraft DK wool.

Appreciate that's probably slightly over budget overall - if you wanted to save money I'd direct her to YouTube, lose the book and keep the rest the same.
