Knitting...forgot to knit a row (beginner)

I just started knitting!

I love it but I've done something stupid.

I was supposed to cast on, knit a row, then change colour

I just cast on then changed cour...didn't knit a row first!

Do I have to undo it all? It's onky a blanket so I don't mind if it has some errors. But if it will look stupid I guess I will start again.

It should be fine. Just remember to do the same with any other similar sections so that it matches. You will need to make sure you still have knit and purl rows the right way round though. Good luck!

I’ve always taken the view that every hand made item needs to have at least one mistake to prove that it is handmade.
