Are there any suitable crafts for someone like me?

I have dyspraxia so my coordination is poor and I also have nerve damage in my hands so I can't do anything very repetitive for too long without pain and sewing is too fiddly due to poor grip and too difficult.

I know it seems like a tall order but I'd love to find a craft that I can do to relax and keep me off my phone.

Any ideas would be welcome.

TIA

Some sort of pottery? There are lots of kits that don’t look too fiddly or that would require repetitive movements.

Do you like puzzles? I know it’s not exactly crafts but you can get some with bigger pieces for visually impaired.

Maybe art rather than craft? I've had RSI-type problems & using something too small still sets it off, so I buy paintbrushes with rubbery grips on them, or fat pencils/crayons.

BTW, the best gel pen I've ever found is the Pilot G2. Its grip is so comfortable that I can write for hours without a problem, & it comes in a huge range of colours. If anyone borrows one, they immediately say how nice it is to use.

I also find I can crochet for hours if I use an ergonomically designed (fatter- handled) hook, but with a traditional thin metal hook I give up very quickly.

What’s about mosaic making? Different I know, but I have arthritis in my hands and it’s no problem.

I'm dyspraxic too,. I find knitting is possible, preferably thick yarn and large needles.
