I thought I was being clever adding links to my blog.

I've got the post to only show the link words I'm using (instead of the whole www address thing) but when I click on them it taken me nowhere - AARRGGHH!!!

Could one of you nice bloggey ladies let me know, preferably in words of 1 syllable or less, what I should be doing to make it all right???

I was having this problem as well.

Ok go to layout, add page element, link list, copy and paste link into where the HTTP is but ensure your not copying http again iyswim (this is what I was doing wrong), then write the name of the link.

Sorry to hijack but please how do you add links within your actual post rather than a page element?

the easiest way is to just type the url

whatever dot com and it will show up as a link... or I do that then click on the html bit on the blog posting and just edit the dot com to be the name of the addy
