My daughter wanted to try free machine embroidery for a school project. Having swapped over the foot, the tension appears all wrong and no matter which way we adjust it, we have loops on the bottom . White is top thread, and green is bobbin, the picture shows the underside of the fabric. The second picture is the other extreme, on the topside (both top and bottom threads green).
Argh! Any ideas would be gratefully received
