Looking for a new knitting project

I have about 5,000,000 balls of yarn (approximately, could be more, don't tell DH...), mostly DK, some Aran, some chunky, lots of cotton. Lots of different colours.
I have time (I spend a lot of time in zoom meetings with camera off, and I tend to knit a lot because it helps me focus on what's being said).
I have some technical ability - I've done hats, cardigans, jumpers, blankets, cuddly toys, dolls clothes, simple cable knitting, some colourwork.

But I can't seem to choose a project! Most of my projects have been born out of need, eg new jumpers/hats etc for the kids, a baby gift, new throw for the lounge. I don't have anything like that on the horizon, so I want to do something just because it's nice to knit, maybe just for me, that uses up some of my stash. Maybe a shawl, or a throw for my office. Does anyone have any suggestions of things they've really enjoyed knitting for themselves?

Have you ever knitted anything for Woolly Hugs? Although many projects ask for specific wool, which you may have, for others there's no requirement. In 'Body & Soul' there's a section but also this website

How about a shawl by Stephen West? I’m planning to knit Sliptravaganza as soon as I’ve finished my current projects.
