Jeanette at sunset crochet blanket?

Has anyone ever done this?
After finishing a couple of Sophie’s Universe I was thinking of trying this but I saw that the pack contains 2 rainbow type balls of yarn?
Would appreciate advice on if it’s fairly straightforward to get your head around or if I’m going to struggle!
Do you have to cut and change wool multiple times during the squares or is it not too bad?

The yarn looks like a whirl so you'd just use it as is, it will make the rainbow effect as you use the yarn. You'd only need to sew in two ends for the main colour and 2 for the border of each square as far as I can see 🧶

I agree. In effect, it's just 2 colours - "gradient" and grey.

Thanks both. Just confused me as I think it said the packs contained 2 balls of the rainbow whirl. Wasn’t sure how that was going to work. Thanks!
