Can I do anything with an umbrella canopy?

I have a lovely big umbrella which broke. On the metal is damaged. The fabric canopy is virtually unharmed. Can I do anything with it?

I knew someone who made dog jackets out of old umbrella fabric.

you could probably make a reusable shopping bag or two out of it.

If you were in Glasgow you could donate it to Mice & Meys, who make shopping bags and other accessories out of old umbrellas.

I would make a bbq or pizza oven cover.
