Dressmaking scissors recommendations please

Hi there,

I’d like to buy my mum a high quality pair of dressmaking scissors for Christmas. Can anyone point me in the direction of the best brands please as I’m completely clueless?!

i use the Prym ones. You can get some with very very tiny serrations which are brilliant for cutting fine fabric as they grip it better so it doesn't slide around.

I've tried loads of scissors and have ended up with Fiskars. The really expensive tailors shears are just too big and heavy for my small hands.
