Vegan sock yarn?

Hi all,

It's been a while since I've knitted anything and I am SO out of the loop (pun intended) with yarn and stockists.

Where could I find some lovely vegan sock yarn? I'm thinking bamboo would be lovely. I've knitted socks with bamboo yarn before and they came out gorgeous. But that was about 15 years ago and the yarn was from an indie dyer in the US!

Is it just plant-based yarns that you're looking for? Mainstream stockists like Wool Warehouse should also have plenty of options (despite the name I guess!) although I'm all for supporting small businesses like Vegan Yarn.

Thank you. I took a look at their sock yarns and they have one that is cotton, but it's self patterning. I would really like a solid colour. But thank you! They do have a lot of choice otherwise!
