Stand knitting - should I frog it?

This is my first attempt at strand knitting and I've just finished the colour section on the back of the jumper. However it is quite puckered.

The yarn is 50% wool/50% acrylic.

I have never made myself something before so I'd really like this to be wearable.

Should I FROG it and try again?

It does look like it’s too tight, I would try and size up and needle for the colour work. Sometimes it loosens if you wet block it when it’s finished but with only a 50% wool mix that won’t be as effective .

Yes, I would have another go at that. It will be quicker the second time round!
