I have yarn, I need a knitting pattern

I have this gorgeous yarn it's 70/30 wool/bamboo but very fine - recommended needles 2mm-3mm (sport?)! I have 625m of it and since I bought it years ago, no chance of getting more. Any ideas for what to make? I'm an advanced beginner, willing to take on a challenge, ie not a scarf!

I've made this, although the gauge is looser it's made with fine yarn on bigger needles. You can filter on ravelry by gauge and yardage.
625m is probably enough for a small vest or big scarf/shawl.

Definitely get on ravelry! Filter by the weight of the yarn and the yardage and take your pick of many many many patterns. Or do what I do and spend so long browsing you don't actually get around to starting anything.

If it feels as lovely as it looks I'd make bedsocks.

Or a shawl...

This is my problem, I get overwhelmed by options!

I tried and failed miserably at socks. I don't have the patience. Any shawl suggestions?

The suggestion from @NotMeNoNo is lovely.

This would suit as well, really wearable

Depending on size, you may be able to make this.

Emsworth Tank

It's knitted top down in one piece (other than picking up stitches for the neck and arm bands) so if necessary you could crop the length. I love mine and plan to make a cropped version.

Sorry @NotMeNoNo ,I missed your first link. It is lovely. How forgiving is the ease, do you know? I'm not sure the small will fit. The cowl is lovely too.
That top is very pretty @MarmiteWine. I haven't done many cables before but I like the idea of being able to crop it if needed.

@Gubu it's not cabled, although the pattern panel has a fantastic 3D textured appearance. It's actually a lace pattern.

Thanks @MarmiteWine , I'll investigate further. I also found this linked elsewhere today, it's beautiful too www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/nouverie
