I made felt today!

Exactly that! I wanted to make some felt for a project so I've had a go! Not too shabby for my first attempt!

I'm going to use it to make some gauntlet/wrist warmers...

I used to live felting, although more in the summer as all that water can make your hands cold. Did you use a sushi mat? It’s a really efficient and easy way of doing it.

Ooh, I didn't! I used a piece of bubble wrap and a rolling pin.

I did a taster class for this once, it was brilliant! Although we used bubble wrap and a wooden spoon so it was a great workout!! 😹 Your pieces look gorgeous op, great idea to use them as wrist warmers. I have some crocheted ones and they're soooo cosy.
