pretty sure it's a Posca Paint Pen

For something like that I'd just use a white acrylic paint pen.

Deffo posca marker. They’re so satisfying. I’d say that’s a round nib rather than a chisel.

Posca. They are available in lots of colours and a variety of thicknesses. Once you've tried one you will want more. They are fabulous.

Yes, definitely acrylic paint pen, as others have confirmed! I find non-branded ones very hit and miss, so would recommend Posca. But I'm a frequent user of paint pens so need them to last! I don't know if it's still on but Hobbycraft had some multi packs online at half price, I got a pack of the sparkly ones and they're lush!
