LOL....no, it was just down loaded and printed but to be honest I think I would prefer to just make a template out of it and make my own using plain card!

I though of filling it with chocolate...and then eating it all!!

Thats very sweet ! If you made the box narrower you could make a 3D card - maybe put something in the middle ..?
