Pattern with no instructions

My sewing pattern has no instructions whatsoever. The envelope was sealed and when I opened it, it only had the pattern sheets on it.
It doesn't say what the seam allowance is or anything, but there are marks of about 15mm that makes me think that's the seam allowance.
There's no suggested fabrics or size measurements.

I have searched the web and found Made to Sew, but didn't find anything useful.

Do any of you crafty MNers have any suggestions please?
I bought the pattern cos it looked easy and it was cheap.

This was a free pattern with a sewing magazine "Sewing World" October 17.

If you put the following search into Google you will find details of the magazine

Scroll down To page 13. There you will find written instructions including size charts and material requirements.

No diagrams for pattern layout but there are not too many pieces so it should be straightforward.
