Applying over wallpaper decoupage.

I am thinking of covering the top of my bedside chest of drawers, as it has been stained etc. I need a seal over the top to stop it from getting damaged, can anyone advise please? My first project!

I used Polyvine over my coasters and pot stands. Not a scratch on them two years later.

Thank you..did you use Matt/satin or gloss? I'm thinking satin?

I used the dead flat finish which was completely matte, so I'm not sure what the satin finish is like.
But it has honestly been bomb proof against stains and scratches.

@Breakingpoint1961 forgot to add it's the bottle with the shell on that I used. You can get small tester sized pots too.
I've done 24 coasters, two pot stands and a terracotta plant pot with the tester size and still have a bit left.
