personalised 'made by' labels?

my mum has gone into knitting overdrive for my dd (17mo) and my ds (6w). She makes beautiful stuff and is well chuffed with herself. I'd like to get her some labels to sew into the clothes - you know, 'made with love by...' - that sort of thing - a bit naff but she would love it - any idea where I could get some made?

Hi, I get my labels from here and they are very good.

If you take a look at my blog and click on the first Huggly image it should enlarge the image and you'll see the label.
